Manchester United have received a huge sigh of relief after reports from Germany indicating that their transfer target Jadon Sancho is likely to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer.
Sancho has been United top target and United Fans can't wait to see him wear the Red shirt.
United have been ahead of Liverpool , Chelsea, and Real Madrid, and reports have emerged that the Red Devils have already entered into personal agreement with the wonder kid.
And reports have now emerged that there is still a very high chance of Sancho leaving the German club in the summer with his likely destination being Old Trafford.
Months of secret talks are claimed to have taken place between the two parties, and the only thing Man United must do now is reach an agreement with Borussia Dortmund over the fee for Sancho.
He’s expected to go for well over 100million, and this value is likely to rise given Chelsea and Liverpool may instigate a bidding war amid their interest in Sancho.
BVB will make a huge profit on Sancho when he is sold, having signed him in 2017 for just £8m from Man City.
In September, Dortmund chief Michael Zorc revealed: “A meeting did take place. United invited the agent.”
Winger Sancho was one of the first targets manager Solskjaer identified to transfer chief Ed Woodward.
Woodward is also backing Solskjaer with a move for Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish and by testing the water with Spurs over a deal for Harry Kane.
Chelsea also want Sancho, but Sancho is keen on joining Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side, three years after leaving Man City.
Sancho has scored 14 goals and an impressive 16 assists this season in the Bundesliga.
