According to the official announcement released by the National Assistant secretary of the Actors Guild of Nigeria AGN Miss Chelsea Nwodo on the Actors Guild of Nigeria's official Memebers WhatsApp group, the death of Mrs Emilia Dike An Enugu based Nollywood star has occurred.
Mrs Emilia Dike was said to have died today on 20th May 2020 in Enugu after a brief illness.
Memebers of the guild has taken turns to express their shock over the sad news. Mrs Emilia Dike was a supper talented actress who has features in many movies such as Ignorant couples, Dust of yesterday, Kings Guard just to mention but a few!
Also a seasoned Nollywood director, Okey Ọkụ, the Elder brother of SeleBobo the singer has taken to his Instagram page to mourn the super talented actress. According to him the actress was on his project 3 months ago in Enugu. The director also wrote how good the actress was and how badly she will be missed after working with her on his Last 2 concluded movie projects.
Also Nollywood actors and actresses has taken turns to express their sadness and wish the enugu state based Nollywood actress a farewell as she journeys to the land of no return.
You could recall that Nollywood some days ago also lost another super star Mrs Chizoba Bosa in Lagos. Mrs Chizoba died in Lagos amidst this COVID-19 lockdown.
